Go one more at Love Trails 2026

Mackyard events hosted a slightly different backyard running format in the Gower Peninsula this year at Love Trails 2026. It saw runners complete a 1km loop with over 100m of elevation; the organisers Charlie and Rob Mackenzie rolling dice to eliminate runners every lap until the final shootout between two runners.

It was also Fractel’s first activation on British soil. The Australian headwear brand was easily recognisable by the end of the weekend as they sold out of their custom hats for the event that could be spotted from across the fields. It’s fair to say they’ve left quite the impression on the British running market.
